The commonly used technique of all of these is the lemon and pepper. All you need to do is dress the chicken with lemon juice along with grounded pepper. Let it sit for thirty minutes, grill to choice, and ready to serve.

While there are many ways of marinating chicken, nothing could beat the traditional barbecue gravy. This is often made up of ketchup, sweetened by sugar, spiced up with garlic and pepper and soured by lemon and vinegar. Furthermore, it is easy to prepare so long as you have all the ingredients. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, heat it up, and you now have a delicious sauce.
